We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, with metro areas receiving priority transit windows.
- Flat Rate Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD for orders.
- International Shipping: Available international shipping for a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Our operations team works fast to get your statement pieces moving.
- Daily Cut-Off Times: All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Monday through Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the exact same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are prioritised for the following business morning.
- Live Tracking Information: The moment your parcel is scanned into the courier network, an automated email and SMS notification containing your unique live tracking number will be sent straight to your inbox. You can track your garment's journey in real-time.
- Safe Drop & Signatures: By default, parcels are shipped with a 'Authority to Leave' (ATL) request if a secure location is available at your premises. If you prefer a signature-required delivery, please select this option at our checkout screen.
